    Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a built-in reset button—a simple technique that instantly shifts your emotional state back to calm, confidence, and control?

    Anchoring is an NLP technique that helps you attach a specific physical gesture, word, or action to a positive emotional state—so you can activate that emotion anytime.

    Athletes, speakers, and performers use anchoring all the time to step into peak performance mode. For example:

    🏆 Athletes use rituals before a game (e.g., bouncing a ball, deep breathing).
    🎤 Speakers use power poses before stepping on stage.
    💡 Executives use a specific phrase or gesture to remind themselves of past successes before big decisions.

    And now, you can do it too!


    🌿 How to Set a Positive Anchor

    🌟 Follow these simple steps to create your personal confidence trigger:

    1️⃣ Recall a powerful moment. Close your eyes and think of a time when you felt completely confident, calm, or successful. Maybe it was a presentation you nailed, a time you felt truly at peace, or a big accomplishment.
    2️⃣ Feel it fully. Let that feeling grow inside you—where do you feel it? In your chest? Your stomach? Let it expand!
    3️⃣ Attach a physical trigger. While feeling the emotion at its strongest, do something small and unique, like:

    • Pressing your thumb and forefinger together.
    • Touching your wrist.
    • Taking a deep breath while placing your hand on your heart.
      4️⃣ Repeat! Do this several times to strengthen the connection between the gesture and the emotion.
      5️⃣ Test it. Later, when you need confidence or calm, use your anchor (press your fingers, touch your wrist, etc.) and feel the shift in your state!

  • 12 DAYS OF HEALING 2021 – Day 6 – JOURNEY TO EMOTIONAL MASTERY

    🎁🎁🎁 𝕄𝕐 SIXTH 𝔾𝕀𝔽𝕋 𝔽𝕆ℝ 𝕐𝕆𝕌 𝕀𝕊 ℍ𝔼ℝ𝔼 🎁🎁🎁

    So many times, I hear my clients tell me “I am 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬” or “I am 𝗦𝗔𝗗” or “I am 𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗗”.

    The fact is : 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 !

    💮 You merely sense and experience them- some more strongly than others!

    𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍

    💮 When we witness an event through our 5 senses, the brain begins the process of trying to make sense of the data it is receiving. The first thing it does is rely on past experience as a guide. But because nothing ever happens exactly the same way, we tend to “generalise” and group it to something similar that makes it easier for us to quickly grasp what is going on.💮 So when we fall, we remember the last time we fell and that we got hurt and that it brought about pain and that we felt “embarrassed”. This is a program your mind remembers and runs every time you fall if you are not conscious of what is actually happening to you in this very moment- does it really hurt? Are you really ok?

    💮 Moreover, there is the added factor of external projection upon you. “Falling over in public is humiliating” “You can never live it down” “Only clumsy people fall” ” Once you have a fall, it’s over”. And although we are not aware of it, we believe these lies- these limitations.

    💮 These limitation bring with them emotions which once again are created based on the idea and not actually what you are experiencing. The mere thought of this limitation brings about fear, embarrassment, pain etc. And once you have run this program enough times in your mind, these limitation become self full-filling prophecies that keep you feeling 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗖𝗞 and living in 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥 and never moving forward in life in that area.​
