    ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐•„๐• SIXTH ๐”พ๐•€๐”ฝ๐•‹ ๐”ฝ๐•†โ„ ๐•๐•†๐•Œ ๐•€๐•Š โ„๐”ผโ„๐”ผ ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ

    So many times, I hear my clients tell me “I am ๐—›๐—”๐—ฃ๐—ฃ๐—ฌ” or “I am ๐—ฆ๐—”๐——” or “I am ๐—˜๐— ๐—•๐—”๐—ฅ๐—ฅ๐—”๐—ฆ๐—ฆ๐—˜๐——”.

    The fact is : ๐—ฌ๐—ข๐—จ ๐—”๐—ฅ๐—˜ ๐—ก๐—ข๐—ง ๐—ฌ๐—ข๐—จ๐—ฅ ๐—˜๐— ๐—ข๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก๐—ฆ !

    ๐Ÿ’ฎ You merely sense and experience them- some more strongly than others!

    ๐„๐Œ๐Ž๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐๐’ ๐€๐‘๐„ ๐‚๐‘๐„๐€๐“๐„๐ƒ ๐๐˜ ๐“๐‡๐„ ๐๐‘๐€๐ˆ๐

    ๐Ÿ’ฎ When we witness an event through our 5 senses, the brain begins the process of trying to make sense of the data it is receiving. The first thing it does is rely on past experience as a guide. But because nothing ever happens exactly the same way, we tend to “generalise” and group it to something similar that makes it easier for us to quickly grasp what is going on.๐Ÿ’ฎ So when we fall, we remember the last time we fell and that we got hurt and that it brought about pain and that we felt “embarrassed”. This is a program your mind remembers and runs every time you fall if you are not conscious of what is actually happening to you in this very moment- does it really hurt? Are you really ok?

    ๐Ÿ’ฎ Moreover, there is the added factor of external projection upon you. “Falling over in public is humiliating” “You can never live it down” “Only clumsy people fall” ” Once you have a fall, it’s over”. And although we are not aware of it, we believe these lies- these limitations.

    ๐Ÿ’ฎ These limitation bring with them emotions which once again are created based on the idea and not actually what you are experiencing. The mere thought of this limitation brings about fear, embarrassment, pain etc. And once you have run this program enough times in your mind, these limitation become self full-filling prophecies that keep you feeling ๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—จ๐—–๐—ž and living in ๐—™๐—˜๐—”๐—ฅ and never moving forward in life in that area.โ€‹

    ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐•„๐• ๐”ฝ๐•€๐”ฝ๐•‹โ„ ๐”พ๐•€๐”ฝ๐•‹ ๐”ฝ๐•†โ„ ๐•๐•†๐•Œ ๐•€๐•Š โ„๐”ผโ„๐”ผ ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽโ€‹

    The EMOTIONAL BODY isย the bridge between the physical body and the mental mind.

    Emotions are the body’s way of bringing our attention to something that needs to be processed,

    Much like a light flashes on a car’s dashboard- they serve as a warning sign.

    When we become aware of us, listen to the message they are signaling to us and process them, they resolve and the energy they are carrying is released back into the Universe.

    Many people however, aren’t taught how to process or integrate emotions. Instead, they deny, ignore, mistake or worse suppress their emotions and the sensations they create in the physical body.

    We develop survival strategies, called meta programs, that become our automatic, or reactive, way of behaving when dealing with situations that trigger these difficult emotions. These patterns are our way of moving away from perceived distressing situations back to safety- despite how unresourceful they are.

    If we continue to ignore and suppress emotions, they accumulate and imprint their energy upon the physical body causing pain and dis-ease.

    We can honour and integrate emotions by healing THE EMOTIONAL BODY.

    It represents our feelings and relationship to all things and includes the nervous system, our hormones, our sense of touch, and controls our body’s capacity to absorb and release elements like energy and water.

    This can be done by moving emotions through the body using techniques like energy and breathe work to transmute and release their emotions

    Well the good news is that NO-ONE ever has that much power over you.

    ๐Ÿน But when we have lived our lives thinking so little of ourselves and others, criticising ourselves and others, repeating the awful things people said to us to ourselves and others- our mind begins to develop habits and patterns that make us feel less than.

    ๐Ÿน And because we don’t ever want to believe we are doing it to ourselves, we blame it on others.

    ๐Ÿน What we say to ourselves and what we think about ourselves becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
