
This Valentine’s Day, I’m checking in with me and giving myself some love !!
In any given moment of stress, I check in with “𝐌𝐄” to discover exactly what I need to support myself and today, I am sharing with you 5 qualities that help me support myself as I stay firm to my goal of increasing intrinsic motivation:

𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 – so important to s͟t͟o͟p͟ me from c͟o͟m͟p͟a͟r͟i͟n͟g͟ m͟y͟s͟e͟l͟f͟ ͟t͟o͟ ͟o͟t͟h͟e͟r͟s͟.͟ I am where I am right here, right now. This brings me to the present moment where I can be in tune with my body and my emotions. In order to heal, we need to feel!

𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒇 – When I believe in myself, I can o͟v͟e͟r͟c͟o͟m͟e͟ ͟t͟h͟e͟ ͟d͟o͟u͟b͟t͟s͟ and find confidence to take action and get things done !
𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑳𝒐𝒚𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒚 – When I am loyal to myself, I treat myself like the v͟a͟l͟u͟a͟b͟l͟e͟ ͟a͟n͟d͟ ͟w͟o͟r͟t͟h͟y͟ ͟h͟u͟m͟a͟n͟ I am and teach others how to treat me. This is how I strengthen my love for myself.

𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔- When I recognise I am suffering ~ aka stressed, having c͟o͟m͟p͟a͟s͟s͟i͟o͟n͟ ͟f͟o͟r͟ ͟m͟y͟s͟e͟l͟f͟ ͟lowers my anxiety where I find a sense of relief and gratitude. This increases my resilience, which enhances my sense of self worth and ultimately my motivation to stay on track and follow things through.

𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏- The more I celebrate myself, the more my c͟o͟n͟f͟i͟d͟e͟n͟c͟e͟ ͟a͟n͟d͟ ͟e͟n͟e͟r͟g͟y͟ ͟i͟n͟c͟r͟e͟a͟s͟e͟, which fills me with so much gratitude. This vibrates all around me touching those I love & serve, and further out into THE UNIVERSE. This is turn attracts more positive energy/RIZK/Blessings into my life which I am even more grateful for. This 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗣 is the secret to manifesting my success
