    🏹 And because we don’t ever want to believe we are doing it to ourselves, we blame it on others.

    🏹 What we say to ourselves and what we think about ourselves becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

    🦋 These negative thoughts create energy by firing circuits in the brain to signal chemicals in the limbic system to create emotions which are hormonal messengers.


    🦋 These emotions, when activated by negative thoughts, weaken the energy of the physical body.


    🦋 It is so important to understand that how we think and how we feel create our state of being.


    🦋 If we are constantly thinking about the problems of the familiar past or anticipating a predictable future that doesn’t excite us, then we have lost our purpose in life to a set of programs run by our minds.


    🦋 This is why we feel like we are on autopilot, we feel stuck, we don’t feel like we are really living.

    To break out of this pattern, we need to focus our attention in the present and BECOME CONSCIOUS
    Become CONSCIOUS of your THOUGHTS
    Become CONSCIOUS of how you SPEAK to YOURSELF & OTHERS
    Become CONSCIOUS of how your BEHAVIOUR
    Become CONSCIOUS of how you are FEELING
