💮 When we do, we send our attention away from us focusing on anything but ourselves – tasks, helping others, the past, the future. This is **ultimate procrastination**.

💮 The answer is to focus back on our 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 ~ easier said than done when you have spent your life focusing on caring for and pleasing others.

💮 Developing 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅-𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 is the ultimate act of 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅-𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄.

💮 GROUNDING helps us shut out the outside world and bring attention to our body- the temple that houses our 𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄- our sense of 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅.
